- International: 10–20 business days

A: Yes! We ship to 28 countries worldwide including the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan, and more.

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package every step of the way.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products (beauty items), hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
